I cannot say enough nice things about Geo. My 85 year old father recently had Covid and messed up his lock. After my father got better, Geo came out and fixed the lock promptly and professionally. More importantly they new how to communicate with my dad who was very anxious. In today's world it's rare that you come across such honest and trustworthy guys especially around Brighton Beach. Not only were they good, but they were also very reasonably priced. About $100 dollars less then a quote I got from a different lock smith that acted like he was doing me a huge favor to come out. Use these guys.

I called this locksmith 4:55 PM asking if I can come make a copy of my door key and he said yes even though they were closing at 5 PM! I got there just in time and he was able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Very respectful and service is professional and welcoming. The store makes sure they are COVID safe for sure so no worries at all in regards to that!!! I'll make sure to recommend him to all my family and friends! Exceptional job!

sorry for this late review. this place was recommended to me. went here, told them the type of lock I have and to save me $, the owner said, its best for me to take the lock off my door and bring it in then for him to come out and charge me for a house call fee. I brought the lock out to him, looked at it, told me he had to take it apart to know exactly. the lock he re-keyed comes in 2 types. type 1 can be re-keyed on the spot, although a special type of key. type 2 can be re-keyed, but manufacturer would need to send out a specific piece or part, which means addt'l wait time. thankfully, it turned out to be type 1. thank you very much.
